A familiar voice, a capture date, or selected source details could travel with the digital object. With a compatible reader, the model becomes a way to preserve both appearance and context.

What the test proves—and its limits
  • Our local test recovered all 66,764 bytes of a synthetic voice recording from a 767,603-Gaussian model, including after the tested SPZ conversion.
  • The encoder changes base-color values. Positions, sizes, and rotations stay unchanged; the illustration exaggerates splat sizes and color differences.
  • Audio and selected record details are alternative payload examples here. This page demonstrates the idea; it does not offer recording, upload, or encoding tools.
  • Editing, retraining, filtering, or other conversions can damage the embedded data. Recovery requires a compatible decoder.
  • Checksums can verify data consistency. A creator stamp or timestamp does not establish verified identity, ownership, or authenticity.
