We reconstruct and prepare the approved object for a browser-based presentation, then share a preview for your feedback.
Deliver
Receive a shareable showcase link and downloadable files. Delivery takes 7–10 business days after payment and our approval of your complete photo set.

What the package covers
One small, static object from an approved customer-supplied photo set; one interactive visual reconstruction; three still images; one presentation revision; a downloadable SPZ; and 12 months of web hosting. Capture sessions, shipping, travel, animation, software licenses, audio encoding and engineering-ready meshes are outside this scope.
Reconstruction quality depends on the subject and source coverage. Reflective, transparent, moving or poorly photographed subjects may require a separately agreed approach. We review and approve your photographs before you pay.
Delivery and revisions
Allow 7–10 business days after successful payment and our approval of your complete photo set. The delivery timeline pauses while we wait for your responses. One round of changes to framing, background or presentation is included; additional capture or reconstruction work is scoped separately.
Cancellation and refund policy
Full refund if you cancel before production starts. If CYJ cannot deliver the agreed package, you may choose a full refund. Once production starts, any partial refund is agreed based on work completed. Send requests to david@cyjupscale.com.
Files, hosting and privacy
You receive the SPZ file and still images for your own use and safekeeping. Hosting is included for 12 months with no automatic renewal. We’ll agree with you on how the showcase will be shared before publishing it. Checkout uses Stripe to process payments; CYJ does not collect card details on its website.
